Activity Overview
In the episode "Killer Chat", the killer streams videos of confessions over the Internet. To help trace the origins of the streaming video, Charlie discovers that the killer is hiding his online location through an onion routing scheme. Charlie explains that such a scheme is a way of sending content over a network while staying anonymous. In this activity, students will decipher messages using an onion routing network.
