This lesson introduces students to Activity Center and is intended to help them develop the conceptual understanding of how to identify functions as linear or nonlinear and contrast their properties from tables, graphs, or equations.
Before the Activity
Set up your TI-Navigator System
Make sure you are familiar with the basic functions of TI-Navigator: Send to Class, Collect from Class, Screen Capture, Quick Poll, and Activity Center

During the Activity
Represent, analyze, and generalize a variety of patterns with tables, graphs, words, and, when possible, symbolic rules
