Activity Overview
Students use the TI-73 to find fractions between any two fractions.
Before the Activity
Students shoud be familiar with equivalent fractions and finding fractions on a numberline
During the Activity
Monitor students as they work through the package. For section B monitor student use of fractions and have them justify their selection of fractions to complete the section.
After the Activity
Have students share the fractions they used during Section B. Facilitate a discussion comparing the fractions chosen to complete Sections B and the Extension.
