Use TI-Navigator™ to explore the width of a parabola. All directions are provided on the teacher's guide.
Before the Activity
If you are using the TI-Navigator System with the TI-73 you will need the attached .pdf file.
Start TI-Navigator™ begin class start Activity Center.
Students login to NAVNET Activity Center
Standard window can be used or [-5, 5] x [-5, 5]
Assign the students 3 types of numbers; decimal value between 0 and 1, and a number greater than 1.
During the Activity
