Activity Overview
This Study Card stack will provide additional review for naming chemical compounds.
Before the Activity
First, determine if the Study Card stack is loaded to the calculators. Second, review with the students on how to name a chemical formula.
During the Activity
This activity could be used as a Bell Ringer before class, or as a peer tutoring activity on naming chemical formulas.
After the Activity
After discussing this activity as a class the students could complete a mini assessment to determine how well they have mastered naming chemical formulas.
