NCSM Great Tasks for Mathematics
The NCSM Great Tasks for Mathematics books provide tasks with unique concepts for promoting problem solving with each activity aligned to the Common Core content standards, including specific attention to the standards for mathematical practice. Each activity includes teacher notes and student explorations.
These books were published by the National Council of Supervisors of Mathematics (NCSM) with support from Texas Instruments. The K-5 book includes extension activities using the TI-10 and TI-15 Explorer™ calculators. The grades 6-12 book includes helpful information on integrating TI-Nspire™ technology and TI-84 Plus graphing calculators into these tasks.
