Students will model data using a linear equation, interpret the slope and intercept values from a linear model, and identify a characteristic property of a substance.
Students will measure the weight of pennies using the Dual-Range Force Sensor and store the data in lists.
Students will then plot the data and model the data with a linear function in order to answer questions regarding the density of the pennies.
