What is the default contrast setting on the TI-83
Family?
The default contrast level on a TI-83 Plus is 7. The
default contrast level on the TI-83 Plus Silver Edition is 5.
The contrast on both the TI-83 Plus and TI-83 Plus Silver Edition can be
adjusted by pressing and releasing the [2nd] key and then pressing and holding
the up arrow to darken the display or the down arrow to lighten the calculators
display.
