Activity Overview
Lesson driven by two high cognitive tasks regarding extraneous solutions to radical function equations. Lesson contains conceptual understanding of extraneous solutions to radical function equations, function transformations, multiple function representations, and equation solving. Student-centered instruction, inquiry-based learning, and problem solving via flexibility and reversibility techniques are the central focus of the lesson.
