Activity Overview
Students will be sent via TI-Navigator™ or linked calculators two APPVARs entitled "MDLINE" and "MDSEGTRI." They will then explore the relationship of measures of segments and areas using Cabri™ Jr. to drag various parts of the figures. The corresponding worksheet can be tailored to fit a variety of class formats.

The student should know how to select, grab, and drag an object; find the measures of lengths and areas; perform a calculation using the Cabri Jr. App.
