You can insert imaginary numbers by pressing ai. There is also a complex number sub section in the math menu (press n then press the right arrow key twice ››).
a+bi displays
complex numbers in rectangular mode.
re^(Θi)displays complex numbers in polar mode.
Note:Remember to change the mode settings to display complex numbers. The TI-84 Evo supports the n/d fraction template in either mode.
