Entering a matrix

To enter and store a matrix, utilize the matrix template by pressing  b Ý.

A selector appears for the dimensions of the matrix and then a template appears.

Each element of the matrix template is filled with zeros that can be overwritten with numeric or variable entries.

Arrow between elements to edit. Press the right arrow key › out of the template. Press z and then select the matrix to which to store by pressing a Ë and selecting from the named matrices.

Alternatively, go directly to the matrix edit menu by pressing a Ë and press the right arrow key › to EDIT.

Select the matrix to edit and change the dimensions then edit the elements.
