US and Canada customers with a single TI Rechargeable Battery requiring replacement who meet ALL of the following criteria:
(1) You have a single calculator purchased in the last 2 years that is either:
- A TI-84 Plus CE calculator displaying a “Validating OS” message, continuously rebooting, and/or flashing a white screen when seated in a TI-84 Plus CE Charging Station.
OR
- A TI-Nspire CX II or TI-Nspire CX II CAS calculator that will not hold a charge, powers on when connected to a power source, and/or immediately shuts down when unplugged.
(2) You have charged the calculator a minimum of 3 hours.
(3) You have not already received a replacement battery for this calculator.

If you DO meet all of the above criteria, please complete the form below, and attach a CLEAR Photo of the front and back of your calculator, on which the serial number can clearly be read. If you are unable to produce a clear photo showing the serial number, please call 1-800-TI-CARES for assistance.
