Students will explore a perimeter pattern created using hexagon and triangle pattern block pieces. They will continue the given pattern and use the values obtained to complete a table of values.
They will enter the data into the calculator, create a scatter plot and determine the viewing window. They will then graph the function they found to determine its relationship to the scatter plot and answer questions about the relationship using the table and graph features of the calculator.
