Activity Overview
Students will explore the relationship between an exterior angle and the remote interior angles of a triangle using a CABRI Jr. file to drag various parts of a triangle. The corresponding worksheet can be tailored to fit a variety of class formats.
Before the Activity
- Download the Cabri Jr. APPVAR EXTTRI to handhelds using TI-Connect software and unit to unit link cables. EXTTRI may also be sent via TI-Navigator
- Students should do the worksheet "Selecting and dragging an object using Cabri Jr."
During the Activity
This activity is a lesson launcher for exterior angles of a triangle.

- Students use the Cabri Jr. APPVAR EXTTRI to answer questions from student worksheet.
