Activity Overview
Students will graph parabolas and record and compare the results to discover how to find the vertex given the vertex form of the equation.
Before the Activity
Students should know how to enter an equation in f(x) and how to find the coordinates of a point.
During the Activity
Have students download the document and work in pairs. Little teacher intervention is needed.
