Students will observe two chemical reactions. They will use an EasyTemp probe to determine the change in temperature and identify endothermic and exothermic reactions.
Students will use the EasyData App Time Graph to collect temperature data as two different compounds react with citric acid and HCl.
Students then graph and compare their results in order to answer questions regarding endothermic and exothermic reactions.
