Activity Overview
This activity is intended to teach students about the rule associated with the angles formed by two chords intersecting within the circle and the intercepted arcs.
Before the Activity
Students should be aware of circle geometry terminology such as arcs, intercepted arcs, and chords.
During the Activity
This activity should be done in a class setting so that discussion can arise when students are trying to discover the rule between the intercepted arcs and the angles formed by the two chords.
