Activity Overview
This activity will introduce students to the concepts of sine, cosine, and tangent in relation to right triangles through an investigation of sine, and then making connections to the cosine and tangent ratios.
Before the Activity
Students will need to have "Intro to Trigonometric Ratios.tns" downloaded onto their TI-nspire.
During the Activity
In the same file are the instructions to the teacher as well as a student handout. Students will need this handout as they work through the activity.
