Activity Overview
Students will see a loaded image of the Baltimore Aquarium on a graph and be able to send the equation of the line that matches the roof line of the main building.
Before the Activity
If you are using the TI-Navigator System with the TI-73 you will need the attached .pdf file.
Read Aquarium Line Activity for teacher directions.
During the Activity
Have students open activity center and open Aquarium Line.act for students to match the roofline of the main building. You can clear equations and have students match other rooflines as challenges.
After the Activity
Review student results:
As a class, discuss questions that appeared to be more challenging
Re-teach concepts as necessary
