Activity Overview
In "Democracy", Charlie investigates the death of a friend. He finds columns of numbers on her computer, and because they are not labeled, he does not know what they mean. He explains, "Numbers tend to come in groups 'it's called metadata' information about data". In this activity, students will analyze sets of data and try to identify a reasonable meaning for each of them.
