A graph of a parabola will be shown.
The student is asked to find the equation of the parabola in vertex form:
y = a*(x - h)^(2) + v.

Before the Activity
In order to use this, students must have already learned how to graph quadratic equations in vertex form. This activity asks the students to reverse that process.
