Activity Overview
The Easy Link Temperature probe is used to collect hot water cooling data with one student and the TI-Nspire calculator. That spreadsheet is sent to the Teacher through the Navigator system, saved to the Portfolio, then re-sent to the class to use for the remainder of the analysis and activity.

After the Activity
Your analysis of the data depends on the level of the students' understanding of regressions, and exponential decay functions. A scatter plot of the data should be done in order for visual learners to grasp the idea of "decay" or cooling that took place.
