Activity Overview
The activity is designed to teach students the rules attributed to central angles and their intercepted arc and incsribed angles and their intercepted arc.
Before the Activity
This activity is the opening to the circle geometry unit of study. It defines arcs, central angles, and inscribed angles.

During the Activity
This activity should be done as a class together so that discussion can be fostered by what students discover as the connection between the arc measure and the measure of the central and inscribed angles.
After the Activity
An assignment assessing the comprehesion of the lesson would be recommended.
