Warranty And Service
TI products purchased in ASIA are covered by a one-year warranty based on the date of purchase. Units are assured against defective materials or workmanship. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, unreasonable use, neglect, improper service, or other causes not arising from defects in material or workmanship.

For a product covered under warranty, the user will need to send the product, a copy of the receipt and a letter explaining the failure in order to receive a replacement.
Note: Proof of purchase is required to receive an in warranty replacement. Acceptable documents to show proof of purchase include a store receipt or store reference.
Out of Warranty Return Procedure
If a unit is out of warranty or a receipt cannot be found, the unit may be replaced out of warranty for a service fee. Please contact your local dealer for this service.Contact Us
