适用范围：本单用户许可适用于的 TI-Nspire™ 5.x 的数学和科学的学习软件，用于在中国获得 TI 的手持设备。
重要提示 —— 在使用由德州仪器便携式装置 （“THD”）之前请仔细阅读本协议 （“ 本协议 ”）。通过使用在 THD 内包含的软件程序，阁下即同意接受本许可条款的约 束。如果阁下不同意本许可的条款，请将 THD 及其包 装连同其全部内容归还至购买地点以获得全额退款。

单用户许可

适用于单用户许可持有人的其他条款：

有限保证。在保证期内，许可人保证，如电脑程序适 当地安装，电脑程序将大致符合适用的用户手册上所 述的功能规格。许可人不保证电脑程序将符合阁下的 要求，亦不保证电脑程序的操作将是不间断的或无差 错的。电脑程序的保证期为两 （2）年，从根据上述单 用户许可条款授权的最终用户取得许可之日起算。如 在保证期内有任何不符之处，阁下必须书面通知许可 人。如电脑程序被误用、进行未经授权的修改或安装， 则本保证无效。阁下对电脑程序进行的任何修改不包 括在本保证之内。
救济。许可人的全部责任和阁下可获得的唯一救济按 许可人的选择应是：（a）向许可人退回电脑程序以获 得已付价款的返还；或 （b）修改或置换不符合本有限 保证的电脑程序；前提是阁下已遵守本许可。
本协议所述保证是全部的保证，并且仅适用于获得许 可使用电脑程序的最终用户，即阁下。许可人对电脑 程序不作出任何其他明示、默示或法定的保证。许可 人尤其不对适销性、正确性、完整性、适合特定用途 及不侵犯知识产权的一切默示保证承担任何责任。
