Esto habilitará el acceso al temporizador de milisegundos en el TI-Innovator™ Hub.
Es un sensor integrado. No hay necesidad de CONNECT o DISCONNECT.
El temporizador se establece a 0 durante el encendido. Aumentará monotónicamente.
