Troubleshooting License and Entitlement Error Codes

Troubleshooting reminders:

1. Make sure you have installation rights on your computer to install the software. If you do not please reach out to your tech person before you start the process.
2. Utilizing software on an alternate computer:
a) If you’d like to use the software on an alternative computer, you’ll need to make sure the software is installed on that computer. Once the software is downloaded and launched you will be prompted to sign in using the username and password you created when you activated the software initially.
b) To view software you are entitled to, go to My Licenses.
