TI-Nspire™

Features Summary
Every learner has different strengths, needs and preferred learning methods. The new TI-Nspire™ learning platform, available as a handheld device and software, can respond flexibly to support a variety of different teaching and learning styles.  As a result, learners are able to observe relationships and make connections more effectively and easily in the secondary mathematics classroom.

Content and lessons can be presented and explored in ways that works best for the individual learner.  Formulae, tables and visual representations can be seen and explored individually or simultaneously on the same screen - and linked dynamically.

With TI-Nspire technology, learners are able to:

See and manipulate different representations of a concept or figure on a single screen using multiple windows.
Have a better understanding of mathematical relationships and concepts, since variables and also representations are dynamically linked: a change made to one variable or in one representation, is immediately seen in the others.
Easily grab and move graphs to see the impact of changes and to observe mathematical relationships and patterns.
Use drop-down menus and cursor controls to navigate quickly and easily through functions and features on the handheld device.
Create, save, edit and view every step of their work as documents in files and folders on the handheld device as well as the software.
