Adding Existing Photos to Documents

Open the document to the page where you want to add a photo. |
If you are working in a Notes page, the photo will be inserted where the cursor is located.

Tap the album where the photo resides. |

5.
|
Tap a thumbnail of the photo you want to insert. |
The photo is inserted into the active document.

Adding photos will depend on the current level of access you have selected in the iPad® settings:

- Allows access to photos that were previously selected (see section below). |

•
|
- Allows access to all photos on your iPad®. |
|
•
|
- The option will not be available. |
Selected Photos

If you tap a photo that was not selected previously, a prompt will appear with and . This prompt only appears on the first attempt to add a photo after the option has been selected in the iPad® settings. |

You can see which photos have already been selected with the from the example mentioned above, or by going to in the iPad® settings. Those photos will have a blue tick . |
