Adding Existing Photos to Documents

1. Open the document to the page where you want to add a photo.

If you are working in a Notes page, the photo will be inserted where the cursor is located.

2. Tap Insert Photo .
3. Tap Add Photo.
4. Tap the album where the photo resides.
5. Tap a thumbnail of the photo you want to insert.

The photo is inserted into the active document.

Adding photos will depend on the current level of access you have selected in the iPad® settings:

Selected Photos - Allows access to photos that were previously selected (see section below).
All Photos - Allows access to all photos on your iPad®.
None - The Add Photo option will not be available.

Selected Photos

If you tap a photo that was not selected previously, a prompt will appear with Select More Photos and Keep Current Selection. This prompt only appears on the first attempt to add a photo after the option has been selected in the iPad® settings.
You can see which photos have already been selected with the Select More Photos from the example mentioned above, or by going to TI-Nspire CAS > Photos > Selected Photos in the iPad® settings. Those photos will have a blue tick .
