Troubleshooting

This section describes some problems you may encounter and gives suggestions on how to resolve the problem.

ClosedThe software does not detect all of the handhelds that are connected.
ClosedDuring the software setup, the access point update failed.
ClosedThe updated operating system does not install on the handheld.
ClosedThe software did not accept the class network name.
ClosedThe access point is experiencing connectivity problems.
ClosedThe wireless network is not working.
