  • Please note: The TI-Nspire™ Document Player may take up to 2 minutes to load the first time you use it and 15 seconds thereafter. If you have difficulty loading the Document Player, please visit the respective TI-Cares Knowledge Base article on manually adding the Document Player to your Windows® or Mac® computer.
  • If you receive a “Digital Signature” error on loading, choose “Run.”
  • Mac users: You may be prompted to adjust your Java preferences. For details, visit this Knowledge Base article.
