Camp for students

Camps supporting student success. Contact us to get started

This camp is offered to assist students in preparing for their upcoming ACT® math test. The camp is offered in two options: A six-hour camp for up to 25 students or two three-hour camps for up to 50 students (25 students each). The breakdown of hours can be customized as needed.

Students will explore main topics of the ACT® math test, and learn strategies to better prepare for the test. By the end of the camp, participants should feel comfortable with:

  • Leveraging the TI-Nspire™ CX II graphing calculator for exam questions in key categories, such as number and quantity, algebra, functions, geometry, and statistics and probability.
  • Implementing test preparation strategies, and using premade activities that reinforce technology skills and deepen understanding of key ACT® topics.
