# Virtual Workshop: Getting Started With TI-Nspire™ Technology in High School Mathematics

This workshop is comprised of four three-hour sessions and is facilitated online.

## Workshop overview

Designed for educators who are just beginning to use TI-Nspire™ technology, this workshop introduces the TI-Nspire™ graphing calculator and TI-Nspire™ Teacher Software in the context of high school mathematics.

Learn a wide range of TI-Nspire™ technology skills and explore how to effectively integrate Math Nspired activities into your high school mathematics classroom. By the end of the workshop, you’ll be comfortable using premade TI-Nspire™ Documents and have basic skills in graphing, geometry and other applications of TI-Nspire™ technology.

• Overview of the TI-Nspire™ graphing calculator, including general calculator, graphing and statistical functionality
• Exploration of dynamic, interactive lessons for algebra I, geometry, algebra II, precalculus, calculus and statistics
• Introduction to basic features of TI-Nspire™ Teacher Software
• Opportunities for differentiation based on educators’ subject areas and needs
• Coverage of clusters of activities for algebra I, geometry, algebra II, precalculus, calculus and statistics
• Exploration of online resources and formative assessment documents with TI-Nspire™ Teacher Software
