What type of batteries are used in the TI Business Analyst-II and how are they installed?

The TI Business Analyst-II uses two Duracell LR44 Silver Oxide batteries.

To replace the batteries:

1) Turn the calculator off. 
2) Place a small screwdriver, paper clip, or another similar instrument into the slot and gently lift the battery cover.
3) Remove the discharged batteries and install the new ones.
4) Replace the cover top edge first, then gently press until the bottom of the cover snaps into place. Be sure the film contacts are positioned to lay on top of the batteries after the batteries are installed.
5) Press ON/C, ON/C, 2nd MODE, FIX 9, and STO to completely clear the calculator.

Caution: Do not incinerate old batteries and do not crease the film contacts while installing the new batteries.
