Warranty & Replacement Policy

3 year warranty!

All Texas Instruments graphics (including TI-Nspire) and scientific handhelds sold in the UK and Ireland are covered for three years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers all Texas Instruments graphics and scientific educational calculators against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

Replacement policy

Step 1 - contact our Customer Service Centre and request an exchange for your product under warranty.
Step 2 - you will receive an email the same day with a FREEPOST return label for your product.
Step 3 - package your product, print and attach the returns label and take it to your local post office for despatch.
Step 4 - upon verification of your product's status, you should receive your replacement within 5-7 working days.
