Using the CBR and the TI-Navigator to create a regression equation
Activity Overview
You/students will generate data points using the CBR™ and store them as lists. Then, you will transfer the lists to the Activity Center to be graphed. The students will attempt to come up with a suitable regression equation.
Before the Activity
Setup your viewscreen so the students can see your handheld while it is plugged into the CBR.
During the Activity
Run the experiment as described in the following attachment entitled, CBR
After the Activity
After you have created the data, transfer it into the TI-Navigator™ for the students to see.
Ask them to predict the regression equation.
