TI User Group-Communities


General Information

TI User groups can be created by anyone interested in sharing information about TI technology use in their classrooms/schools and learning from other educators’ thoughts, ideas, and approaches.


TI Local User Groups can provide:

  • Educators in the same geographic area the opportunity to network, collaborate, and share ideas
  • Support for educators new to teaching and/or new to TI technology
  • A Face-to-Face forum for educators to discuss issues important to them
  • A way for educators to stay up-to-date with the latest information on TI technology

TI User Groups meet once per month. Time and location will be determined by the organizer or decided on by participants.

TI Support for user group leaders will consist of:

  • “How to Organize a User Group” guide complete with sample agenda, user group topics, and more
  • A $700 credit towards the TI Online Store to use for exploring new TI technology with your user group participants
  • A listserv and a dedicated web forum for user group leaders to share ideas with each other
  • Complimentary gift card to purchase snacks for each meeting
  • Paid registration for T³ International so you can keep up-to-date with the technology and share information with your user group
