Manually entering a list of data
Follow these steps to manually enter a list of data:
- Press Home and then Lists and Spreadsheets.
- Name the columns you are using by highlighting and entering the name of the column
in the white space next to the column reference at the top of the screen.
- Then simply add the data in the appropriate column.
Follow along with this example to manually enter a list of data:
- To enter the follow data into a spreadsheet
, press Home and then select the List and Spreadsheets application.
- In this exercise, we will use Data Set 1 as a list of x coordinates andData Set 2 as a list of y coordinates.
- In column A, enter Data Set 1.
- Now using the up arrow key, scroll up to the white space next to the letter A at the top of the screen. In this space type "xcoord".
- In column B, enter Data Set 2.
- Now using the up arrow key, scroll up to the white space next to the letter A at the top of the screen. In this space type "ycoord".
