Ready to go? Here’s how:

| First, install the CBL 2 software. Download the following file to your computer by clicking on the file name and saving it to a folder on your computer. Be sure to record the name of the folder for future reference.

| Next, Plug your TI Connectivity Cable into your computer and into the CBL 2.
Locate cbl2_109.exe on your computer and double-click on it to install the software to your CBL 2. It may take up to 20 minutes to install the CBL 2 software.
Do not transfer the DataMate program from the CBL 2 to your handheld. Instead, follow the instructions below to install the DataMate App from your computer.

| Download DataMate to your handheld:

| • | Delete any previously installed DataMate software on your handheld. |
| • | Confirm that the TI Connect™ software is installed on your computer. If not, visit education.ti.com/ticonnect to get a copy. |
| • | Plug the TI Connectivity Cable into both your computer and your TI handheld. |
| • | Launch the TI Connect software and select DEVICE EXPLORER. TI Connect will automatically detect your TI handheld. |
| • | Find the App file you saved, drag and drop it to the handheld Explorer window and wait for the transfer. |
