Guidelines
|
- Loans are for a 21-day trial period only and are intended for classroom teachers or administrators only.
- 21-day loan period begins when you receive the handheld.
- You are expected to repackage the handheld and return it using the envelope and shipping label included with your loan.
- All loans are expected to be received by the Workshop Loan Program within one week of the conclusion of the 21-day trial period.
- Limit one TI-Nspire handheld and one TI-Nspire CAS handheld loan per request.
- Loans are subject to availability and approved on a first-come/first-served basis.
- Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your loan.

Responsibilities of the Requestor
|
- Do not request a loan to support classroom use or student use, including testing.
- You should submit your request(s) 30 days prior to your "need-by" date. We will make every effort to send the loan to you quickly. The summer months (May-August) are an exceptionally busy period for the Workshop Loan Program. You may experience a delay in receiving your loan during this time.
- Provide an accurate ship-to name, address, phone number and email address, so there is no delay in your receiving the loan.
- The duration of your loan should not exceed 3 weeks. All loans are expected to be received by the Loan Program within one week of the conclusion of the 21-day trial period.
- Return the equipment on time, so we can fulfill other requests to borrow a handheld. Failure to return borrowed equipment on time can result in automatic denial of future loan requests.
- Extra batteries are included in the event you need to replace low batteries. Discard old batteries; please do not send them back.
- Please wind the USB cable before sending it back.
- If there are any changes made to the handheld, please let us know by placing a note in the return case (especially changes to software applications).
