Workshop Loan Program Guidelines and Responsibilities

Guidelines
Request loans 30-Days prior to "need by" date
The attendees of your workshop/session are in-service or pre-service teachers or the loan should support teacher professional development or technology adoption
Due to the popularity of our program and inventory restraints, we are not able to support classroom use or student use.
The Workshop Loan Program also does not support testing.
To insure that we have enough equipment available for other loans we only loan 1-2 handheld devices at a time for evaluations.
Loans are approved on a first come first served basis.
Responsibilities of the Requestor
Do not request a loan to support classroom use or student use, including testing.
You should submit your request(s) 30 days prior to your "need-by" date. The summer months (May - August) is our busiest period. We advise that you request your equipment in even further advance.
Provide an accurate ship-to name, address, phone number and email address, if available so that we can contact you at any time.
The duration of your loan should not exceed 2-weeks.
Return the equipment on time for the purpose of other loans waiting to ship. Failure to return borrowed equipment on time can result in automatic denial of future loan requests.
Extra batteries are included in cases to replace low batteries. Discard old batteries; please do not send them back
Please wind all cables
If there are any changes made to the calculators please let us know by placing a note in the case (especially changes to software application)
Please complete our feedback form and return it in one of the packages
