Math Innovations |
Math Innovations is a coherent and focused middle grades math program designed to engage students in gaining a richer and deeper understanding of mathematics.
Each full-color Student Edition includes real-life problem solving scenarios to which middle grade students can relate, clear and colorful graphics illustrating important concepts, and sections that emphasize student discussion and written communication about the mathematics.
There are five units per each of the three grades (courses) comprising Math Innovations. This program design allows for customized alignment to state and district standards to match the sequence in which they are taught. |

SIMMS Integrated Mathematics |
The SIMMS Integrated Mathematics curriculum is a complete NCTM Standards-based mathematics program. Developed for all students, SIMMS Integrated Mathematics involves real world contexts and incorporates a modeling approach using technology.
The curriculum is designed to replace all grade 9-12 mathematics courses, with the possible exception of advanced placement courses.
Each level includes work in algebra, geometry, probability, statistics, data analysis and discrete mathematics.
Other mathematics topics such as trigonometry, matrices, conics, vectors, logic, logarithms, and parametric equations are included at appropriate levels. Less traditional high school topics such as graph theory, game theory, and chaos theory are also included in the program. |
