TI-Navigator™ System resources can be found on the Easy Files™ CDs for either Middle Grades Math,
Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Geometry, and Algebra 2. This resource is helping math teachers attain a whole new level of interactive learning in the classroom that leads to more engaged and successful students.
 The Easy Files are designed to be used with the TI-83 and TI-84 families of calculators in conjunction with the TI-Navigator System. Designed to work with TI graphing calculators, the
TI-Navigator System provides wireless communication between students' TI graphing calculators and the teacher's PC. Teachers can easily transfer files to/from students' calculators and to instantly assess students' understanding of lessons.
It is important to note that although the use of a TI-Navigator System is ideal, many of the resources found on the Easy Files CD-ROM can still be used without it. Teachers can use TI Connect to download files from the CD directly to their calculators and then share with students using the unit-to-unit cables. The chapter Vocabulary Review is a great example of a file that individual students might find useful in reviewing for assessments.
TI-SmartView™ software is required to view the scripts in Ready Files (keystroke movies). A 365-day TI-Smartview trial version can be downloaded from the Easy Files CD teacher resource. After 365 days, you will be prompted to purchase the software to continue viewing the files. |

| • | AppVars are pre-made figures, graphs, and data lists available for student use. These save valuable class time and give students more time to learn. These files have an .8xv extension and can only be viewed on the calculator. |
