Introduction:
The goal of the course is to instruct teachers in new and innovative ways to effectively teach mathematics using technology in addition to developing a teacher leader community to support local, ongoing professional development needs. The focus of this institute is on making appropriate use of TI graphing technology in the teaching and learning of Middle Grades mathematics. Brief introductions to the Calculator-Based Ranger 2™ (CBR) and TI-GRAPH LINK™ cable and TI Connect™ software are typical of most institutes.
