| $595 One (1) 10' x 10' booth•$995 One (1) 10' x 20' booth Other booth configurations are available. Space is limited. Booth includes: ID sign, one 6' draped table, 8' back drape, 3' side rails, and two chairs. A complete exhibitor's manual will be mailed 60 days prior to the conference. Additional sponsorship and advertising opportunities are available. The deadline for exhibit registration is January 15, 2009.
