3 year warranty!

All Texas Instruments graphics and scientific handhelds sold in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland are covered for three years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers all Texas Instruments graphics and scientific educational calculators against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
For most students, this means that their Texas Instruments calculator is protected for almost the entire time they would use it at school. For example, most students use a scientific calculator during Key Stages 3 and 4, followed by graphics calculator for the two-year AS and A Level mathematics course.

Replacement policy!

| All you need is the original proof of purchase and the calculator. Dealers with an in-store replacement policy will provide a new calculator. In most cases this will be an on-the-spot replacement. Of course, you can also send defective product directly to TI’s customer service team.
