Alliances

T³™ collaborates with many organizations to develop content-rich professional development that helps educators successfully implement TI technology. The goal of T³ professional development is to increase student achievement in math and science.

    • College Board

      With the goal of increasing student achievement in mathematics, Texas Instruments and the College Board are working in collaboration to develop professional development workshops and online courses that will train teachers to better address topics in mathematics utilizing TI technology.

      NASA Logo

      Texas Instruments and NASA’s Human Research Program Education Outreach (HRPEO) team, working through the T³ - Teachers Teaching with Technology™ Professional Development organization, have teamed up to create math and science activities based on NASA space exploration topics using TI-Nspire™ graphing technology and the TI-84 Plus graphing calculator. The educational content also highlights science, technology, engineering and mathematics, or STEM, careers at NASA to gain students interest and encourage them to continue their STEM studies throughout high school and through college.

    • New Teacher Center

      New Teacher Center

      In collaboration the New Teacher Center's e-Mentoring for Student Success (eMSS) program and T³ are supporting the development and retention of beginning science, math, and special education teachers through content-specific online mentoring that promotes student achievement. Those mentored in the program have the opportunity to work with T³ instructors to develop skills in the implementation of TI technology in their math and science classrooms.

      Ten80

      In a collaboration that combines Ten80’s expertise in STEM education and TI’s expertise in utilizing technology to increase achievement in math and science, the two organizations are developing activities that engage students and assist teachers in providing exciting activities for the classroom. These activities will be available from both organizations, on their websites and in their professional development workshops.

      The California Mathematics Project and T³ are working together to provide quality professional development workshops for middle grades and high school math educators that focuses on TI’s Math Nspired activities and TI-Nspire™ technology.

  • Graduate Credit

    • California State University, Monterey Bay

      Provides one semester unit of graduate-level credit for the T³ 3-Day Hands-on Institutes - Exploring Mathematics with TI-Nspire™ Technology. Tuition (not included in Institute's registration fee) of $95 for one credit.
